Intro about PPSC exams
The Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) is a government organization accountable for appointing and conducting various civil services including Punjab Administrative Service, Punjab Revenue Service, Punjab Police Service, and others in the Province Punjab, Pakistan. The mission of PPSC is to select and recommend desiring candidates all the way through a clear, efficient, and merit-based process in the Punjab public service. The PPSC exams are held in two phases i.e. the written exam and the final interview. The whole process from the advertisement of the examination to the announcement of final results takes approximately one year. These exams are carried out for those vacant posts that are equal to or above BPS-16. While the test for BPS-01 to BPS-15 is conducted through other testing services i.e. NTS (National Testing Service), ATS (Allied Testing Service), PTS (Pakistan Testing Service), and CTS (Candidates Testing Service), etc.
How to Apply for PPSC Exam?
The PPSC publishes advertisements for different vacant posts in major newspapers i.e. Jang, Express, Nawa e Waqt, etc every year. When the advertisement is published one can apply online by going to their official website. Applications are not accepted through post or by hand. The application form is available on its official website. But one has to submit the required fee before filling the application form online. The required fee for every post is always mentioned in the advertisement. The fee can be deposited in any branch of State Bank and National Bank of Pakistan.

Labour and human resource Assistant accounts test is conducted by the PPSC every year to fill the vacant positions in different districts of Punjab.
Labour and Human Resources FIELD COORDINATOR
For the post of FIELD COORDINATOR in the Labour and human Punjab department, the minimum qualification is B.A./B.Sc./B.Com./B.B.A or equivalent degree
The upper age limit for the male is 35 years while the female is 38 years. The paper is 100 MCQs based on Qualification and general ability and the time duration is 90 minutes. Negative marking is done and 0.50 marks are deducted for each incorrect answer in the objective MCQ paper.
